SwellPlan Global Ltd is an integrated agribusiness project designed to produce essential protein and staple crops at scale—while building the infrastructure needed for efficient processing, storage, and distribution.
Our operating model connects livestock, poultry, aquaculture, and vegetable crop production with in-house feed production and processing/storage capacity, so we can reduce waste, improve quality control, and strengthen value addition across the supply chain. This approach aligns with widely recognized benefits of integrated farming systems—especially where outputs from one unit can support another (e.g., manure/organic inputs and feed efficiencies), reducing overall costs and improving farm stability. What We Do
1) Livestock Farming (Piggery)
Our piggery plan is built around a 300-capacity structure designed to accommodate piglets, growers, sows, boars, and an isolation unit—supporting controlled growth, health management, and stable production.
2) Poultry Farming (Eggs & Meat)
Our poultry model includes both layers and broilers:
- 3,000 pullets dedicated to egg production
- 2,000 broilers per production cycle
We plan for structured housing, feeding and watering systems, and operational routines that support consistent output and farm hygiene.
3) Aquaculture (Fishery)
Aquaculture is a major part of the SwellPlan model, structured at 100,000 capacity, including:
- 20,000 table-size fish
- 80,000 smokable-size fish
- Hatchery/nursery capacity captured in the feasibility design

4) Crop & Vegetable Production (Greenhouses)
Vegetable production is designed around four (4) commercial greenhouses, including irrigation systems and crop protection inputs as captured in the feasibility scope. Greenhouse operations support more controlled growing conditions and predictable harvest timing.
Vegetable & Complementary Crop Farming
SwellPlan operates commercial vegetable production supported by greenhouse technology and open-field systems. These crops are cultivated to serve both fresh markets and processing needs.

Crop Production & Value Addition
SwellPlan Global Ltd operates a structured crop production system designed to support food security, industrial supply, and value-added agro-processing. Our crop operations are integrated with modern irrigation, pest control, and post-harvest handling systems to ensure consistent quality and year-round production.
Cassava Farming & Processing (Core Focus)
Cassava production is a key pillar of SwellPlan Global’s agricultural operations, selected for its versatility, strong local demand, industrial relevance, and value-chain potential.
Our cassava farming is carried out using improved, high-yield varieties cultivated under controlled agronomic practices to ensure optimal root development, disease resistance, and predictable harvest cycles.
Beyond cultivation, SwellPlan places strong emphasis on cassava processing, converting harvested roots into multiple high-demand products, including:
- Garri – processed under hygienic conditions for local and commercial markets
- Fufu – produced through controlled fermentation and drying processes
- Cassava Flour (HQCF) – suitable for baking, food industries, and institutional supply
- Dried Cassava Chips – for livestock feed, industrial use, and export opportunities
- Cassava Starch – processed for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial applications
This integrated approach minimizes post-harvest losses, improves shelf life, and significantly increases product value compared to raw tuber sales.
Processing, Storage & Market Readiness
All crop outputs are supported by on-site processing and storage infrastructure designed to:
- Preserve product quality
- Enable bulk handling and packaging
- Support distribution to markets, processors, and institutional buyers

Value Addition: Feed, Processing, and Storage
To reduce dependency on external supply and improve margins, SwellPlan’s feasibility design includes:
Feed Production Hall
A dedicated feed production hall (24ft x 24ft) planned for raw material handling and feed milling operations.
Processing and Storage Hall
A 10-room processing and storage structure designed for:
- Meat processing and freezing/cold storage
- Fish drying (including fabricated and local ovens)
- Packaging and sorting
- Storage of crops/vegetables before sale
Processing and Storage Equipment (Planned)
The feasibility list includes key equipment such as freezers/cold systems, pluckers, slicers/cutters, weighing scales, and drying ovens to support standardization and reduce post-harvest losses.
Quality, Safety, and Biosecurity Focus
Modern livestock and poultry operations require strong prevention controls—especially around access restriction, sanitation, and movement controls—to reduce disease introduction and spread. These are recognized principles in poultry biosecurity guidance and disease prevention frameworks.
For SwellPlan, this means our operational design should emphasize:
